Join FAENA as an Executive Assistant and be part of an extraordinary journey.

The FAENA Movement, rooted in art, culture, and community, is expanding into Saudi Arabia, marking a new chapter with Faena The Red Sea. This position is vital for supporting our leadership team and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted partner to the General Manager, managing correspondence, priorities, and follow-ups.
Curate complex schedules including meetings, travel, and VIP engagements.
Represent the General Manager with professionalism in communications.
Prepare executive-level reports and maintain meticulous records.
Coordinate leadership meetings, forums, and special events.
Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting.
Support special projects and leadership engagement activities.

Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, ideally within luxury hospitality.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Professional and discreet when engaging with senior leadership and stakeholders.
