Join Our Team as a Front Office Receptionist!
At Hotel Anwar Al Madinah Mövenpick, we are looking for a professional, well-organized, and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Report maintenance issues for timely resolution.
  • Provide information about rooms, rates, and promotions.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in reception or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with the Opera system is a plus.
  • Saudi nationality is required.
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written).

Skills:
  • Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
