Join Our Team as a Restaurant Manager
At Apparel Group, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. Your primary role will involve managing both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure staff are trained and familiar with the day's requirements.
  • Coordinate with all relevant parties during the Pre-opening Phase to ensure complete readiness for the restaurant's opening.
  • Oversee scheduling and attendance of staff, addressing absenteeism with HR.
  • Collaborate with the executive chef to develop new menus and dish offerings.
  • Manage the restaurant's profit and loss statement, achieving targeted revenues.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain operational efficiency by managing the administrative procedures and ensuring accurate documentation.

The Role
