Key Responsibilities:- Set up, prepare, mix drinks, and serve beverages to guests in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and tidy environment of the Tea House, Aero Bar, and Café.
- Ensure a positive guest experience.
- Maintain inventory records and accurate cash flow receipts.
- Complete any other reasonable requests from the manager in charge.
Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably within hotel or catering industries, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong accountability and ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, and knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
- Willingness to work shifts as required.
