You will be the primary point of contact, assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Your ability to communicate in both Arabic and English will be essential in this versatile role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries effectively over the phone.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and cultivate relationships with clients.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment to meet service targets.
• Utilize basic computer skills to manage customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Proficient in English with the ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.
• Willingness to work on a rotational weekly shift schedule.
• Availability to work 5 days a week.
• Basic computer skills required.
