Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities and staff.
  • Design creative and authentic menus that reflect diverse cuisines.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality regulations.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff for consistency and efficiency.
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships effectively.
  • Stay updated with culinary trends and customer preferences.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef.
  • Strong expertise in Italian, Western, and Oriental cuisines.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Organizational and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and passion for culinary innovation.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
