Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:
- Directing, coaching, and developing a team of committed hospitality professionals.
- Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding innovative ways to exceed them.
- Managing food and beverage standards to maintain our commitment to responsible business practices.
- Collaborating closely with the finance team to set, monitor, and refine budgets while driving revenue growth.
- Multitasking to oversee multiple food and beverage outlets, kitchens, banquet, and convention facilities.
Requirements:
To be considered for this exciting role, you must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- 4+ years of related experience, including management experience.
- The ability to speak the local language fluently.
- Any required certifications or permits as specified by local government regulations.
