Azhar Holding is a leading organization committed to driving sustainable growth through strategic investments. We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our Human Resources function across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategic HR initiatives.
Support workforce planning and organizational development.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
Partner with senior leadership to support organizational growth and operational excellence.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR professional.
Previous experience within holding companies and/or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of HR operations and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
HR certifications such as SHRM or CIPD are a plus.
