Join our team as an HR Specialist!
We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist to enhance workforce management in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The HR Specialist plays a vital role in any organization by managing and developing the workforce. This position requires multiple skills, including effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment processes from job description writing to conducting interviews.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.
Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for performance improvement.
Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
Develop HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.
Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts within the team.
Provide administrative support for various HR projects.
Analyze employee data to identify trends and enhance recruitment strategies.
Organize events and activities to foster team spirit.
Conduct periodic surveys to measure employee satisfaction and provide recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Deep understanding of labor laws and regulations.
Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to build strong professional relationships with employees.
Passion for employee development and improving the work environment.
Familiarity with the latest HR technologies.
Ability to work in a team and guide others.
Creativity in problem-solving and proposing new ideas.
Complete knowledge of all Saudi platforms related to human resources.

المهام الرئيسية:
• تنفيذ ومتابعة سياسات وإجراءات الموارد البشرية بالشركة.
• إدارة عمليات التوظيف من نشر إعلانات الوظائف وإجراء المقابلات والتعيينات.
• متابعة شؤون الموظفين (الإجازات، العقود، الرواتب).
• المساهمة في برامج التدريب والتطوير.
• إعداد التقارير الدورية وتحديث بيانات الموظفين.

المتطلبات:
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الموارد البشرية.
• معرفة بأنظمة العمل والتأمينات الاجتماعية في المملكة.
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة والقدرة على التعامل مع الموظفين والإدارة.
• إجادة استخدام برامج الأوفيس.
