- Repair and maintain mechanical equipment to meet the highest standards.
- Develop and implement emergency programs and safety inspections.
- Coordinate renovation projects, including bidding, budgeting, and managing contractors.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
What Are We Looking For?A successful Maintenance Supervisor at Hilton will demonstrate:
- Advanced knowledge of building management and engineering.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Previous experience in a management role.
