🎯 Job Role Summary:

Work to provide professional customer service through various communication channels, coordinate reservations with the technical team, as well as perform supporting field tasks such as collecting hotel data, documenting services, and representing the company in the Makkah area..

🧩 Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Receiving customer inquiries and requests via WhatsApp, social media, and email.
• Providing appropriate offers and following up with customers until booking completion.
• Entering customer bookings into the designated hotel reservation system and completing all booking requirements.
• Documenting and updating customer data in the system on a daily basis.
• Representing the company physically in front of hotels and suppliers in Makkah when needed.
• Collecting and documenting hotel data (distances, prices, services, photos).
• Preparing monthly reports on competitors and opportunities in the Makkah market.
• Submitting periodic reports to management.
• Photographing some accommodation facilities and documenting them to update marketing content.
