About Us:

The Role:
As the voice of Namaya, you will be the bridge between our company and our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing top-tier first-level support via live chat, email, and phone.
  • Balancing customer needs with company guidelines professionally.
  • Communicating clearly in both Arabic and English.
  • Ensuring compliance with Cyprus and global regulations.
  • Delivering a “WOW” service experience that exceeds expectations.

Requirements:
📍 Location: Based in Dammam or Riyadh.
Excellent command of Arabic and English.
Flexibility to work shifts and weekends (5 working days per week).
A basic understanding of financial markets.
Previous experience in customer service.
Highly motivated with a service-oriented mindset.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling a wide range of inquiries, concerns, and requests through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, social media, etc.).
  • Respond promptly, professionally, and empathetically to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Conduct outbound calls to promote Tamweel Aloula's financial products and services.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Identify customer issues, provide accurate information, troubleshoot problems, and offer effective solutions.
  • Resolve complaints in a timely manner and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve our services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong customer service skills and knowledge of the retail financial services market.
