  • 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, specification, or business development within construction-related environments.
  • Solid technical knowledge of passive fire protection, insulation, acoustics, or HVAC-related products.
  • Proven understanding of the Saudi construction market, key stakeholders, and applicable codes and standards.
  • Experience influencing technical decision-makers through compliant, evidence-based solutions.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into clear specifications and submittals.
  • Structured, analytical working style with strong stakeholder communication skills.
  • Willingness to maintain regular site presence and engage actively across projects and accounts.

Join Eaton as a Specification Sales Engineer - IT Channel

As a Specification Sales Engineer, your primary role will be to drive sales of Electrical Products for Eaton's DPQ Business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will build and nurture relationships with MEP consultants and end-users, ensuring that Eaton's products are specified in the early stages of projects and carried through procurement.
