This customer-facing position serves as the main coordination point between the Middle East team and our global sales, execution, and service functions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical and commercial contact for aftermarket inquiries from the Middle East.
• Provide timely technical support and recommendations to customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare competitive proposals and manage smooth transitions to Execution and Service teams.
• Evaluate safety, compliance, cost, and schedule options for compliant solutions.
• Collaborate with regional resources and outside sales to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Identify and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
• Leverage Salesforce to manage opportunity data.

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong technical aptitude with customer-facing skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Adherence to safety protocols and safe work habits.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in engineering or related fields.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Sales Engineer specializing in Power & Energy (MV/LV) systems to help drive our sales and technical efforts in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets while building strong relationships with customers and ensuring the approval of our innovative products by industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
• Ensure AIC products/systems are approved by consultants, authorities, and ministries.
• Follow up with customers/consultants on technical needs for projects.
• Prepare and secure approvals for offers, including MV/LV switchgear, RMU, A/C regulators, and power factor correctors.
• Evaluate tenders, BOMs, and specifications for compliance.
• Liaise with factories on product adaptations and address technical/contractual issues.
• Provide accurate pre- and post-sales service, coordinating delivery schedules and maintaining records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• 5–7 years of sales experience, preferably in Power & Energy sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of MV/LV products.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, with analytical and detail-oriented skills.
