Your Role:
In this role, you will ensure the highest standards of quality in the installation process by:
  • Monitoring and improving installation quality and compliance with Technogym protocols.
  • Training and certifying our installation network.
  • Conducting quality audits to ensure adherence to installation protocols.
  • Implementing solutions for process failures based on market feedback.

Your Impact:
You will work closely with various stakeholders to:
  • Ensure adequate competence coverage across the installation network.
  • Verify the implementation of Technogym guidelines.
  • Manage the Snagging Process and oversee cost allocations related to installation failures.
  • Prepare reports to monitor Quality D&I KPIs.

About You:
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, proactive, and has a strong technical background. You should bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in installation quality management or logistics.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

As a vital member of our Quality Assurance team at V2X, the Quality Control Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that all aircraft maintenance activities are executed safely and according to aviation standards. Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Aviation Maintenance or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required.
  • 5+ years of helicopter maintenance experience and 2+ years in a quality control role.
  • Strong skills in interpreting technical manuals.
Desired Experience:
  • Experience with AH-64, UH-60, MD-530F, or AH-6i aircraft.
  • Familiarity with maintenance test flight documentation.
