About the Role:
As a Customer Service Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

Contacting potential and current customers to inform them about our products and services using provided scripts.
Answering customer inquiries regarding our offerings.
Understanding customer needs through effective questioning and completing sales processes.
Collaborating with and assisting the external sales team.
Monitoring and updating customer information regularly within the company's databases.
Accurately handling customer requests.
Addressing customer complaints and providing suitable solutions to maintain the company's reputation.
Striving to achieve required sales targets and facilitate upcoming sales operations.
Keeping records of calls and sales, and documenting notes to explain customer situations.
Submitting periodic reports to direct management.

إنشاء وتوثيق عمليات فعالة لإدارة التصعيدات.
