As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and governmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Efficiently manage new hire integration and offboarding procedures ensuring proper documentation.
- Attendance, Leave & Employee Administration: Monitor attendance and maintain confidential employee files.
- HR Reporting & Data Management: Provide advanced HR reports covering key metrics related to employees.
- Policies, Procedures & Compliance: Develop HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws.
- Recruitment: Support the recruitment team and prepare hiring plans.
- Employee Engagement: Organize events to enhance employee engagement and promote company culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of KSA labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
