This is an exciting opportunity to lead sales efforts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting the company's products and services through strategic partnerships and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a sales team to maximize their potential and achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment, emphasizing continuous learning and development.
  • Oversee key client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and address complex customer needs, maintaining a focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Direct the implementation of sales plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market dynamics.
  • Drive the development and execution of targeted account plans to maximize revenue.
  • Take a lead role in negotiating major contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities, both within existing accounts and through new business development.
  • Actively engage in the sales process for key accounts, demonstrating senior-level expertise and influence.

What We're Looking For:
  • Solid experience in technology-related enterprise sales or business development experience in Industrial Automation, industrial IT, and Digital Transformation technologies.
  • In-depth understanding of oil & gas products, services, and technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or any related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, preferably within the oil & gas sector.
