As we expand in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, we seek an experienced HR professional to enhance our organizational development and align our HR practices across multiple business units.

As we expand in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, we seek an experienced HR professional to enhance our organizational development and align our HR practices across multiple business units.
Role Responsibilities:
- Design and implement unified HR policies and organizational structures.
- Lead strategic talent acquisition for both technical and managerial positions.
- Establish performance management and compensation frameworks across our entities.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and facilitate change management during our corporate growth.
Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of HR Management experience, particularly in Holding Companies or multi-subsidiary contexts.
- Startup mindset with a background in establishing HR functions from the ground up.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and organizational development strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Engineering Management; MBA or relevant certifications are highly preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
