APEX Advisory هي شركة استشارات ملتزمة بتعريف وتنفيذ الاستراتيجية داخل دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. نحن نتعاون مع الحكومات والشركات والمستثمرين لمواجهة أكثر التحديات الملحة في المنطقة من خلال تقديم خدمات استشارية استراتيجية مصممة خصيصًا. نحن نبحث عن مدير موارد بشرية في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، لدفع الامتثال والكفاءة التشغيلية ومشاركة الموظفين.

الغرض من الدور:
سيتولى مدير الموارد البشرية قيادة وتنفيذ عمليات الموارد البشرية، والإشراف على دورة حياة الموارد البشرية من البداية إلى النهاية بما في ذلك التوظيف، وإنهاء الخدمة، وتنسيق التوظيف، وإدارة الامتثال، والتوثيق. تتطلب هذه الوظيفة تركيزًا قويًا على المعرفة التنظيمية، والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، والقدرة على إدارة عمليات الموارد البشرية المتعددة في وقت واحد.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • ضمان الامتثال لقانون العمل السعودي والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
  • إدارة عقود العمل والوثائق الشخصية.
  • دعم عمليات التوظيف بالتعاون مع مديري التوظيف.
  • الإشراف على إجراءات التوظيف وإنهاء الخدمة.
  • تتبع عمليات إدارة الأداء ودعم مبادرات التعلم والتطوير.
  • الحفاظ على تحليلات الموارد البشرية وتقارير القوى العاملة.

الخبرة المطلوبة:
5–8+ سنوات من الخبرة في الموارد البشرية، مع التركيز على الامتثال للموارد البشرية في المملكة العربية السعودية والمنصات الحكومية ذات الصلة مثل قوى و GOSI. تعتبر الخبرة المثبتة في إدارة عمليات التوظيف للموظفين المغتربين أساسية. يفضل الحصول على شهادة CIPD، ومعرفة بقانون العمل الإماراتي ميزة.

Join Our Team as an HR Manager (F&B/Hospitality)
Our Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager (F&B/Hospitality) to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a Full-Time position within a world-class, professional global company with deep-rooted business fundamentals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy of the F&B/Hospitality division.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new team members.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that encourages high performance and employee development.
  • Nurture a positive and productive working environment by addressing demands, grievances, and other employee relations issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labour law and regulations throughout all human resource management activities.
  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programmes, compensation structures, and reward systems.
  • Work closely with divisional management to identify training needs and implement effective learning and development programmes.
  • Report to senior management on key HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage all HR administrative tasks, including payroll, employee records, and HR information systems.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, specifically within the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry.
  • A thorough understanding of Saudi Arabian labour law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification (*, CIPD, SHRM) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
