Join Aramco as a Maintenance Engineering Specialist!
Aramco, a leader in the global energy industry, is seeking a talented Maintenance Engineering Specialist to join our Asset Maintenance Solution Department (AMSD) under Global Manufacturing Excellence (GME). This role is crucial to providing specialized maintenance engineering support to our refining and chemicals facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop maintenance processes and management strategies ensuring compliance with corporate requirements.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to benchmark maintenance organization's performance.
• Analyze facilities' maintenance performance and issue benchmarking reports.
• Review maintenance reporting mechanisms, KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support line maintenance organizations in implementing approved programs.
• Develop methods for handling new maintenance challenges.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports on maintenance activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• 10 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas downstream sector.
• High degree of technical competence in maintenance programs.
• Experience with risk-based processes and Total Productive Maintenance.
• Proficient with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) like SAP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
