As a Receptionist at Hilton, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their experience from check-in to check-out is memorable and pleasant. You will be responsible for managing guest queries efficiently and coordinating with various hotel departments to enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide positive outcomes from guest inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient reception process for guests, including check-in and check-out.
  • Complete audit procedures as required.
  • Maintain communication with the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors regarding guest feedback.
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Participate in training as needed and assist in Night Team's training efforts.
  • Have knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, packages, and promotions.
  • Maximize room occupancy using upselling techniques.
  • Follow correct procedures for cash handling and foreign currency acceptance.
  • Comply with all security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
  • Assist other departments when necessary.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer-focused industry.
  • Completed high school certificate or equivalent.
  • Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Good grooming standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Competence in IT systems.

  • إجراء الاتصالات الداخلية للحصول على المعلومات اللازمة.
  • ترتيب مواعيد المقابلات وتسجيل أسماء المراجعين في السجلات الخاصة.
  • الالتزام بالإجراءات والسياسات المنظمة للعمل.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
  • شهادة الثانوية العامة.
  • مهارات متقدمة في مكتب الاستقبال.
  • إجادة اللغة العربية واللغة الإنجليزية.

بيئة العمل: (ستة أيام عمل في الأسبوع، فترتين صباحية ومسائية).

المزايا: راتب يتراوح بين 40004200 ريال سعودي.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage check-in/check-out processes and perform necessary audit procedures.
  • Keep Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors informed of relevant guest feedback.
  • Exhibit exemplary customer service skills at all times.
  • Participate in training sessions and contribute to the development of the Night Team.
  • Utilize knowledge of hotel offerings, including room categories and promotions, to maximize occupancy and promote services.
  • Follow proper procedures for handling foreign currencies and payments.
  • Adhere to hotel security and health/safety regulations.
  • Assist other departments as needed.

Qualifications:
