We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and ensure our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support the sales team to meet sales targets.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key corporate and government clients.
- Manage client inquiries and provide post-sale support.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and promote upselling.
- Present vehicle specifications to clients.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce (SFDC).
- Coach team members and participate in training programs.
- Arrange test drives and facilitate meetings with clients.
Qualifications:- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Valid driving license with 5+ years of experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer-facing or sales leadership roles is desired.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and customer service tools.
- A proactive attitude towards delivering exceptional service.
