Join our team as a Waiter at شركة عبدالله قياض مسفر الردادي لخدمات الاعاشة!
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can provide excellent customer service in a vibrant dining environment. As a waiter, you will be responsible for creating an enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with food and drink menus.
• Take customer orders and deliver food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Answer questions about the menu and suggest food and beverage options.
• Prepare and clean tables, ensuring all utensils and dishes are in place.
• Issue bills and process customer payments using POS systems.
• Handle customer complaints, escalating to management when necessary.

Working Hours: Six days a week, both morning and evening shifts are available.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred qualifications include MCSE certification and CCNA certification.
• Experience in customer service is an advantage.

Language Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Arabic and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
