المؤهلات:
  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الضيافة أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • 5-7 سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة الأغذية والمشروبات في الفنادق أو المنتجعات الفاخرة.
  • مهارات قيادية وتواصل قوية.
  • فهم مالي مع خبرة في الميزانية.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغة العربية واللغات الأخرى تعتبر ميزة.
  • الخبرة في بيئات ما قبل الافتتاح مرغوبة للغاية.

Profile & Requirements
  • 3–5 years of Food & Beverage management experience in luxury hospitality
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • High attention to detail and professionalism

About the Job
As the Food & Beverage Manager at Raffles The Red Sea, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our dining operations while ensuring impeccable service that reflects the luxury and charm of our brand. Reporting to the Cluster Director of Food & Beverage, you will oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, lounges, in-room dining, and banqueting. Qualifications
