Join Hilton as a Hostess!
As a Hostess, your primary responsibility is to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will greet guests upon arrival, assist them in seating, and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit. Your role is essential in providing the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Possess extensive knowledge of menu offerings and restaurant layout.
• Demonstrate Hilton's grooming standards, ensuring cleanliness and professional appearance.
• Effectively communicate with team members and assist callers with messages.
• Adhere to hotel security and health regulations.

What We Are Looking For:
A successful Hostess at Hilton will possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high levels of customer service. Flexibility to work in different situations and ability to work independently or as part of a team is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.
• Previous cash handling experience.
