Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to hotel guests
- Handle reservations efficiently and professionally
- Manage incoming phone calls and inquiries
- Maintain organization at the front desk
- Assist in ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities
- Experience in receptionist duties and handling reservations
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve difficult situations
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
Benefits:
- Start date: immediately
- Weekly work hours: 488 hours daily)
- Salary: 4000 SAR + target bonuses
