Join Business Gate Company as a Sales Representative!

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Representative to promote and sell our services in manpower supply and operation & maintenance. Your primary responsibility will be to establish strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote company services in manpower supply (operation, maintenance, logistics, etc.).
  • Search for new clients and contact target companies.
  • Prepare and submit commercial offers and contracts.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs for manpower and provide suitable solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in manpower supply, operation & maintenance, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term business relationships.
  • Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

About the Role:

  • Background in agriculture, sustainability, or environmental products is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
