نظرة عامة على الدور:
سيقوم كبير الخدم بالإشراف على العمليات اليومية لخدمات الخدم، مع ضمان سير العمل بسلاسة لضمان رضا الضيوف مع الالتزام بمعايير خدمة العملاء المعمول بها.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • الإشراف على عمليات خدمات الخدم اليومية.
  • إدارة المناوبات بشكل فعّال لتقديم خدمات متميزة.
  • توجيه وتطوير الخدم لتعزيز أدائهم.
  • ضمان المعرفة بالمعدات في الأجنحة لتقديم خدمة فعّالة.
  • تلبية احتياجات الخدمة المختلفة، بما في ذلك توصيل الطعام والمشروبات.
  • عرض خدمة العملاء الاستثنائية في جميع الأوقات.
  • التعاون مع مدير المناوبة لإدارة المناوبات بشكل فعّال.
  • إعداد وتجميع التقارير بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
  • التواصل مع الأقسام الأخرى بشأن الاحتياجات التشغيلية.
  • إدارة استفسارات الضيوف بأدب ومعالجة الشكاوى بشكل فعّال.
  • الحفاظ على قاعدة بيانات شاملة لتاريخ الضيوف لتقديم خدمة مخصصة.
المؤهلات:
نحن نبحث عن مرشحين ذوي خبرة سابقة في القيادة وإجادة تطبيقات Microsoft Windows. يفضل الحصول على درجة جامعية أو شهادة في مجال ذي صلة. مهارات التواصل والتنظيم الممتازة، بالإضافة إلى قدرات التعامل مع الآخرين القوية، هي أساسية. يجب أن يكون كبير الخدم مسؤولًا وموثوقًا وقادرًا على العمل بشكل تعاوني كجزء من فريق مع التركيز على احتياجات الضيوف في جميع الأوقات.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
  • Oversee the daily work-flow of the Butler office and ensure service standards are maintained.
  • Manage departmental inventory control including purchase orders and invoices.
  • Handle all shipping and receiving for Owners, Guests, and Colleagues.
  • Provide administrative support across the Butler department.
  • Collaborate with all departments to communicate daily updates and changes.
  • Address guest concerns swiftly, logging and notifying the appropriate departments.
  • Work closely with Maintenance to resolve necessary repairs.
  • Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in English (verbal & written).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with Hotel Property Management System is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills.
  • Ability to make quick decisions in high-stress situations.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Butler – Guest Experience to join Jumeirah The Red Sea. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
  • Greet and Escort guests to their room, handle guests’ luggage and other baggage, ensure cleanliness of rooms and suites, handle guest enquiries and special request deliveries.
  • Anticipate customer needs and expectations correctly, including those with special needs, and provide appropriate products, services, or information.
  • Take and process orders accurately and maintain good knowledge of menu items, food & beverage services to answer guests inquiries thoroughly.
  • Carries out guest registration, cashiering and other administrative tasks as per service standards, maintaining seamless interaction with guests.
  • Recognize customer dissatisfaction promptly and take action to resolve the situation as per complaint procedures.
  • Maintain operation and cleanliness of the Butler Pantry & the Reception Desk, ensuring correct stocking per floor.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A Relevant Technical/Vocational Diploma.
  • 2-3 years of experience within the international luxury hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate).
  • Leadership and attention to detail skills.
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.

Raffles Hotels & Resorts, known for its luxurious hospitality and exceptional service, invites you to become a part of our prestigious team as a Butler. Based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, this role demands a high level of professionalism and commitment to ensuring an extraordinary experience for our VIP guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and escort VIP guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure.
  • Provide personalized check-in and check-out experiences either in-room or in the lounge.
  • Manage guest luggage, offer unpacking and packing services, and handle laundry requests.
  • Coordinate dining, spa, transportation, and other guest services tailored to individual preferences.
  • Maintain detailed guest profiles, noting preferences and special requests.
  • Work collaboratively with departments such as Housekeeping, Room Service, and Concierge to guarantee seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare guest rooms with personalized amenities and special touches.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in the Butler pantry and working areas.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of Butler service standards (*, Forbes, LQA) preferred.
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
