Join Raffles Hotels & Resorts as a Butler!
At Raffles Makkah Palace, we are committed to providing an exceptional standard of hospitality combined with the warmth of Arab hospitality. As a Butler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an outstanding experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
Oversee the daily work-flow of the Butler office and ensure service standards are maintained.
Manage departmental inventory control including purchase orders and invoices.
Handle all shipping and receiving for Owners, Guests, and Colleagues.
Provide administrative support across the Butler department.
Collaborate with all departments to communicate daily updates and changes.
Address guest concerns swiftly, logging and notifying the appropriate departments.
Work closely with Maintenance to resolve necessary repairs.
Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Proficient in English (verbal & written).
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience with Hotel Property Management System is an asset.
Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills.
Ability to make quick decisions in high-stress situations.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee Butler related services to maintain customer service standards.
- Manage shifts ensuring efficient Butler service to guests.
- Assist in training and developing butlers for performance excellence.
- Be hands-on with daily operations of the Butler Department.
- Provide food and beverage service, and maintain suite inventories.
- Exhibit exceptional customer service to guests and team.
- Facilitate communication across departments for operational needs.
- Handle guest enquiries and escalate complaints if necessary.
- Maintain an accurate guest history database.
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership experience required.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications preferred.
- University/College degree in related discipline is an asset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work cohesively within a team.
- Focus on guest needs with calmness and courtesy.

استقبال وإرشاد الضيوف الكرام عند الوصول والمغادرة، مع تقديم ترحيب حار
توفير تجارب تسجيل الوصول والمغادرة المخصصة، وإدارة أمتعة الضيوف وطلباتهم
تنسيق خدمات الطعام والسبا والنقل وغيرها من الخدمات المخصصة لتناسب تفضيلات الأفراد
الحفاظ على ملفات تفصيلية للضيوف بما في ذلك التفضيلات والطلبات الخاصة
التعاون مع الأقسام لضمان تقديم الخدمة بسلاسة
تحضير غرف الضيوف مع وسائل الراحة الشخصية
الرد على استفسارات الضيوف بسرعة وباحترافية
الحفاظ على سرية الضيوف ومعايير الأمان
إظهار المعرفة والاحترام للعادات المحلية
