About the Role
The Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. Located in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, our 5-star hotel offers luxurious accommodations with breathtaking views and exceptional services. This position plays a critical role in driving our sales strategy and enhancing guest experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily sales operations and achieve set sales targets.
  • Generate new leads and build relationships with clients.
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Negotiate contracts and collaborate with marketing teams on promotional activities.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and brand representation.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management within the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Strategies, Client Relationship Management, and Market Analysis.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills for team motivation.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
  • Fluency in English; fluency in Arabic is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is an advantage.

Being computer literate with excellent presentation skills, as well as highly sophisticated written and oral communication skills in English, is essential. Knowledge of additional languages will be an asset.
