Join our team at Raffles Hotels & Resorts as a Reservations Specialist!

In this role, you will consistently offer exceptional, friendly, and engaging service to our guests while maximizing revenue through effective up-selling techniques. Your responsibilities include:

• Updating reservations to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
• Promptly answering telephone and email inquiries, assisting guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful manner.
• Taking ownership of guest requests and ensuring follow-ups in accordance with hotel standards.
• Recommending property facilities and assisting guests with special requests.
• Booking room reservation requests and ensuring accurate information is entered into our systems.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
We're looking for candidates who are computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications with the ability to work cohesively as part of a team. Your ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous is essential. A guest-focused personality is required, and prior experience is an asset. Familiarity with Opera or similar property management systems is preferable along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in both Arabic and English is necessary.
