You will play a key role in ensuring our machines produce high-quality products while running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Comply with all safety, health, and quality regulations.
- Set up machinery for operation and adjust as necessary for optimal performance.
- Operate and troubleshoot machinery and perform maintenance.
- Conduct quality control and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
- Ensure proper documentation and logging of production and maintenance activities.
- Mix or blend ingredients accurately as per specifications.
Required Qualifications:- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production fields.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector, preferably in deodorant production.
- Proven machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and manage heavy equipment.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
