Discover a unique opportunity at one of the most luxurious hotels in Saudi Arabia, located in the stunning Ashar Valley. As a Reservations Agent, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist and advise customers in choosing from a variety of travel options.
Make reservations based on customer requirements and budget.
Check accommodation availability on customers' desired travel dates.
Help plan travel itineraries by suggesting local attractions.
Process payments and confirm details to customers.
Handle any issues arising from bookings and reservations.
Promote reservation services effectively.
Answer customer inquiries regarding the reservation process.
Upsell additional services or packages when appropriate.
Support customers needing assistance with amendments or cancellations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma.
Preferred certifications: Certified Travel Associate (CTA) or Certified Travel Counselor (CTC).
Experience in sales or public relations within the hospitality or travel industries.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Time management and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
Flexibility in working hours.

Main Duties:

Respond promptly and professionally to emails, prioritizing urgent inquiries.
Handle incoming calls with proper greetings as per hotel standards.
Collect complete guest information during bookings, ensuring all preferences are documented.
Communicate any last-minute changes such as new bookings or cancellations to the relevant departments.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong communication skills and professional demeanor when handling guest inquiries.

Competent in MS Office applications.
