Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Are you an experienced professional in Customs Clearance and Logistics with a deep understanding of import/export regulations and shipment procedures? Join our dynamic team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth and compliant logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the entire Customs Clearance process for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities to ensure timely clearance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with Saudi Customs and international regulations.
• Provide logistical support to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Monitor and track shipments, keeping internal teams and stakeholders informed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customs Clearance and Logistics within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Customs procedures, HS Codes, clearance portals, and logistics operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; ability to learn and work with new systems and portals.
• Professional level English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
• Arabic language skills are preferred and considered a plus.
