About The JobBased at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh within the Sales and Marketing team in Riyadh, the Social Media Specialist is responsible for supporting the Director of Marketing Communications with content development, consolidating, gathering, and ensuring all contents are consistent, current and stored systematically. A key responsibility is to assist with the coordination and liaising of marketing/ad campaigns and to ensure these are executed according to plan.
Key Responsibilities:- Adheres to all standards, policies, and procedures (SOPs, etc.).
- Assists the Director of Marketing to implement campaigns in accordance with the programme or plan.
- Social media management (content creation, posts, stories, and inbox responses).
- Flyer creations for digital screens using either Adobe.
- Maintains and administers media plan in a structured and systematic manner.
- Assists to maintain the inventory and ordering of collaterals, media kits, or corporate gifts.
Expectations:- Maintains communication and coordination with external agencies.
- Reviews and provides guidelines, as well as assisting to develop or enhance hotel presentations for internal and external uses.
- Manages and follows up with accounts on purchase orders, payments as relevant.
- Provides insights and creative support for quarterly priorities - competitor reviews, communication platforms, and key messages.
- Supports hotel photo or video shoots.
- Responds to trade or guest requests and needs professionally, timely, and with passion.
