Your Role:As a Global Supply Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support strategic sourcing and procurement activities across various indirect categories. You will:
- Manage sourcing and procurement across multiple categories.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify needs and develop procurement strategies.
- Lead supplier qualification and selection processes.
- Analyze supplier proposals and provide recommendations.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
- Oversee purchase order creation and issue resolution.
Qualifications:You will need:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Preferred Experience:Experience with strategic sourcing platforms and familiarity with procurement and vendor management will be advantageous.
