Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure our long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and optimize the financial operations infrastructure of the company.
- Set up and manage proprietary fiat and crypto treasury capital ensuring asset diversification.
- Process fiat and crypto invoices, payments, and reimbursements accurately and promptly.
- Analyze and determine financial requirements for operations including working capital and budget allocations.
- Manage departmental budgets and conduct performance analyses for corrective actions.
- Prepare financial statements for corporate and management reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities proposing strategies for growth.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or CPA/CFA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of financial management experience, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting tools.
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Preferable experience in crypto payments.
Location:This role is remote, with a preference for candidates based in Europe or Asia.
