Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year experience in Reservations, Front Office, or Sales.
• Excellent command of English and professional telephone etiquette.
• Typing skills of approximately 40 words per minute.
• Experience with Property Management Systems (Opera) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
