We are seeking energetic and dedicated individuals for the role of Call Center Representative at Boundless Consulting, located in Abha, Saudi Arabia. This position is part of a two-month project in Jazan, ensuring you have the opportunity to engage directly with customers while working for a leading live communications agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls from customers professionally.
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Provide customers with relevant product and service information.
  • Process forms, orders, and applications as requested.
  • Identify priority issues and escalate them to management.
  • Route calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Follow up on complex inquiries where necessary.
  • Maintain detailed call notes and reports in the CRM system.
  • Manage administration tasks and communication with internal teams.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
  • Able to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
  • Commitment to maintaining customer confidentiality.
