المهام الرئيسية:
  • إعداد سجلات وبطاقات الصنف لكل من عناصر السلع والمواد المخزونة.
  • إدخال البيانات المتعلقة بالمواد والسلع المستلمة والمصروفة.
  • المشاركة في تحديد حد الطلب للمواد والسلع وتنبيه المعنيين لتجهيز طلبيات الشراء.
  • المشاركة في جرد المخزون ومطابقة الكميات مع السجلات.
  • إعداد وتقديم تقارير العمل وتوثيقها وحفظها.

المتطلبات:
  • البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال.
  • مهارات متقدمة في الأرشفة، مسك السجلات، والحفاظ على المخزون.
  • القدرة على تقديم التقارير ومراقبة وصول السلع.
  • القدرة على تحمل المسؤولية والعمل تحت الضغط.
