Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Operations Management:
    Ensure smooth and efficient daily workflow. Supervise scheduling of appointments, patient reception, and service delivery. Monitor staff performance to ensure the quality of healthcare services.
  • Team Leadership and Supervision:
    Guide and motivate employees to achieve branch goals. Identify training needs and develop team skills. Resolve daily issues related to clients or employees.
  • Financial Resource Management:
    Prepare monthly and annual budgets. Monitor expenses and reduce costs without compromising service quality. Achieve the branch’s profitability targets.
  • Service Quality Improvement:
    Ensure compliance with quality and health safety standards. Collect patient feedback and work on enhancing the customer experience. Effectively manage complaints and inquiries.
