We are seeking proactive and motivated individuals to become part of our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact with affiliates, field PSL, and sales personnel.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and quotations.
  • Direct the movement of materials for global multi-PSL operations.
  • Utilize your knowledge of products and processes to meet customer needs.
  • Act as a liaison for communication with field personnel, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
  • Monitor and coordinate cross-center and vendor supplied orders.
  • Work with the Law Department to ensure export compliance.
  • Provide guidance to Order Correspondents as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service environment.
  • Experience in procurement, materials, or logistics is preferred.

  • Audit & Internal Control: Support audits and implement internal controls and finance policies.
  • ERP & Systems: Maintain accounting records within ERP systems, ensuring the accuracy of financial data.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA or CMA preferred.
  • 6-9 years of relevant accounting experience, with a focus on project financing within a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
