We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Sales Coordinator at Duruper. In this pivotal role, you will be integral to our sales team, responsible for managing documentation, coordinating customer communication, processing orders, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Coordinate with customers to handle inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
Prepare sales documents, quotations, purchase orders, and related paperwork.
Assist the sales team with order processing, delivery coordination, and customer updates.
Maintain customer databases, sales records, and CRM entries.
Communicate with logistics, accounts, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order flow.
Monitor customer orders, track deliveries, and resolve basic customer concerns.
Support the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates.
Ensure timely communication and high service levels to customers.
Maintain organized files, documents, and communication logs.

Mandatory Requirements:

5–6 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative/sales support role.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Visit residential and commercial sites to take precise measurements for custom Majlis, wardrobes, and sofas.
Present physical fabric, color swatches, and sponge samples to customers.
Communicate clearly with customers in Arabic regarding their design preferences.
Document site conditions and send measurement sketches/photos via WhatsApp immediately after the visit.
Working Hours: On-call / Flexible Gigs.

Requirements:
Must be fluent in Arabic.
