We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Department in day-to-day operations. Your contributions will play a key role in maintaining client relationships and ensuring the smooth performance of our sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Sales Executives with relevant sales tasks, including follow-ups on ongoing and new business with customers.
  • Prepare and send rate quotations to customers.
  • Monitor quotation and customer performance, including tenders, and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Handle dispute and exception management effectively.
  • Provide clear handover information to the Customer Service team.
  • Validate and input new customer data into the system.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar administrative role.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
