Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Present, promote, and sell our products and services, including luxury chocolates and event planning packages.
• Understand client requirements to provide tailored solutions for their special occasions.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the sale.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in luxury goods, hospitality, or events.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-oriented approach with a passion for building relationships.
• Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build productive business relationships.
