Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in ensuring safety and security at one of the leading companies in the oil and gas sector? We are looking for a dedicated Security Supervisor to oversee our security personnel and maintain the integrity of our facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily activities of security guards, ensuring proper coverage and adherence to company policies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to identify potential security risks.
  • Respond promptly to incidents and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with government agencies for security-related incidents.
  • Provide on-the-job training and guidance to the security team.
  • Review and approve gate passes to maintain security.

Professional Qualifications & Experience Required:
  • High School Certificate (diploma preferred) with 3-5 years of experience in security operations.
  • Experience in emergency handling, security investigations, and knowledge of CCTV and access control systems.
  • Must possess First Aid and Firefighting certifications.
