Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Barista to join our team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, ensuring an excellent guest experience, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages with consistency and accuracy.
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar, equipment, and work area at all times.
• Ensure accurate order handling and support daily operational tasks.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and food-handling standards.

Requirements

• Previous barista experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle busy periods.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Saudi Nationals are preferred.
