This role is crucial to promoting Aon in the marketplace, driving business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development efforts, collaborating with branch staff to achieve growth targets.
- Establish and maintain new client relationships to expand our business footprint.
- Develop and execute strategic business and sales plans to meet sales targets.
- Conduct weekly meetings to set goals and review performance.
- Submit monthly sales reports through the company's system.
- Research customer product needs, particularly in emerging sectors.
- Gather client feedback for service improvement and innovation.
- Identify and pursue leads while negotiating terms.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Create and implement effective lead generation action plans.
- Coordinate and execute marketing plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Deliver compelling proposal presentations and assist in proposal development.
Required Skills:
- Strong business development and sales planning in Insurance Broking.
- Experience with SaaS and B2B models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Time management and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or related field (Master’s preferable).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
- 5 years in insurance broking or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Knowledge of the Saudi market and regulatory environment.
