As a Housekeeping Supervisor located in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across our hotel. You will direct and oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations, ensuring a beautiful and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the work assignments of staff to ensure efficient and courteous service.
  • Inspect public areas and guest rooms, especially those assigned to VIP guests, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance meet hotel standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments for effective communication regarding room status and maintenance needs.
  • Assist in the recruitment and performance management of staff while identifying training needs and developing training plans.
  • Conduct monthly training sessions to address identified training needs.
  • Control the usage of amenities and cleaning supplies to comply with budgetary guidelines.
  • Monitor housekeeping procedures, including Lost and Found initiatives, Key Control, and Health and Safety obligations.
