📣 Job Announcement: General Accountant

A major national company in the Eastern Region (Khobar/Dammam) announces its need to appoint a competent accountant to join its financial team and manage accounting and tax operations.

🎯 Job Objective:

To organize the entire documentation cycle, ensure the accuracy of financial reports, and comply with tax and legal requirements.

📋 Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage entries: Enter invoices and daily entries and follow up on supplier and customer accounts.

• Bank reconciliation: Perform periodic bank reconciliations and ensure the integrity of balances.

• Tax declarations: Prepare and submit VAT declarations accurately and on time through the "ZATCA" portal.

• Financial statements: Prepare trial balances and periodic financial statements (income statement, balance sheet).

• Archiving and documentation: Organize and archive accounting documents in a way that facilitates the auditing process.

✅ Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Experience: At least two years of experience in general accounting within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Skills:

• Full familiarity with the VAT system and financial laws in the Kingdom.

• Proficiency in accounting software (ERP Systems) and advanced Excel skills.

• High accuracy in dealing with numbers and speed in performance.

• Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English (for correspondence and reports).
